Logging in to the Helper Bees portal will provide you with an overview of benefits available to you.

To access your Helper Bees account, check your balances, and schedule services that are included in your plan’s benefits, you can log in to your Helper Bees account or call The Helper Bees at 833-284-2439.

Step 1: Find a participating provider by visiting ProCare Advantage’s provider directory and search for “optometry.” This will locate eye health providers in your area that work within ProCare Advantage’s network.

Step 2: Make an appointment with your preferred in-network provider.

Step 3: At your appointment, ask your provider to bill ProCare Advantage.

If you do receive a bill for services, you must complete this Medical Reimbursement (DMR) form. Mail your completed claim to:

For assistance or questions about finding a vision provider, you can also call ProCare Advantage’s Member Services line at at 1-844-206-3719 (TTY: 771). 8am – 8pm LOCAL TIME, 7 days a week from October 1st – March 31st, 5 days a week from April 1st – September 30th

Note: ProCare Advantage Member Service is closed on the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
